First aid is a reactionary skill, in that you do not plan for it, but you have to be able to deal with the situation as it unfolds, often under a great deal of stress and pressure.

Traditional training we believe is inadequate as it does not prepare the first aider to deal with real life situations. Courses are often delivered at a very basic level with very little hands on with courses crammed full of unnecessary theory. This approach does not help people become confident or competent at dealing with incidents that could occur within your working environment. Companies often pay a large amount of money to receive training that is the bare minimum and of poor value.
Our aim is to change the perception that first aid is boring.
