• Use equipment you will be unlikely to have
• Demonstrate techniques that you cannot use
• Make you sit and listen for long periods of time
• Fill the courses with lots of unnecessary theory
• Focus on the strange, rare or peculiar
• Leave you bored and confused
• Use "gimmicks" to make the course interesting
• Use out of date procedures

We do not do theory based first aid courses!
